Copyright and Content Removal

THIRA shows covers, synopses and other data about games, movies, series, anime, manga and books from public databases (such as IGDB, TMDb, TVMaze, Kitsu, AniList, OpenLibrary and Hardcover), besides what users publish themselves. We respect copyright. If you own the rights to content shown here, or represent the owner, and believe it is being used without permission, send a notice to contact@thira-app.com with:

• The identification of the protected work and of who holds the rights
• The address (URL) of each THIRA page where the content appears
• Your name and a way to contact you (email, phone or address)
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use was not authorized by the owner, their agent or the law
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf, with your signature (it may be electronic)

Once we receive a complete notice, we remove or block the content as soon as possible and let whoever published it know, when it is user content. If your content was removed by mistake, reply to the same address. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be closed.
